L’AZIENDA DI SAN GIMIGNANO PRESENTE ALLA MANIFESTAZIONE “MIGLIOR SOMMELIER UK 2019” ORGANIZZATA DALLA SEZIONE INGLESE DI AIS ITALIA
L’azienda agricola Tollena è pronta a partecipare alla manifestazione “Miglior Sommelier UK 2019”. L’evento si terrà a Londra il prossimo 3 giugno ed è organizzato dalla sezione inglese di AIS Italia.
“Parteciperemo con il Consorzio della Vernaccia di San Gimignano insieme ad altre aziende del territorio – spiega entusiasta Barbara Berbardi, proprietaria dell’azienda. Il programma prevede un wine tasting che si svolgerà presso l’hotel Meridian Piccadilly il 3 giugno e durante la giornata è previsto anche un Masterclass che sarà condotto dalla Master of Wine Susan Hulme, con i vini da lei selezionati. Per il wine tasting porteremo in assaggio il nostro Lunario 2018 e la nostra riserva, Signorina Vittoria 2015”.
La manifestazione ospiterà importatori, distributori, giornalisti e sommelier AIS UK. Un’occasione di visibilità importante per Tollena: “Siamo davvero entusiasti di poterci essere. Si tratta infatti di un evento che speriamo ci possa portare nuovi contatti e aprire nuovi mercati”.
Tollena non è solo Vernaccia di San Gimignano. L’azienda è anche agriturismo, un luogo bellissimo all’ombra delle torri, dove trascorrere vacanze rilassanti immersi nel verde e degustare ottimi vini e prodotti tipici locali. La rivendita diretta di Tollena, invece, è situata nel centro storico di San Gimignano sulla Via San Giovanni, 69. All’interno di una suggestiva location, sono in vendita i prodotti dell’azienda (vino e olio) ma anche altri prodotti della tradizione toscana e gastronomica italiana di ricercata qualità.

THE COMPANY OF SAN GIMIGNANO ATTENDS THE “BEST SOMMELIER UK 2019” EVENT ORGANIZED BY THE ENGLISH SECTION OF AIS ITALIA
The Tollena’s farm is ready for the “Best Sommelier UK 2019” event. The event will be held in London on June and it is organized by the English section of AIS Italia.
“We will participate with the Consortium of Vernaccia di San Gimignano together with other companies in the area – explains Barbara Bernardi, owner of the company. The program includes a wine tasting that will take place at the Meridian Piccadilly Hotel on June 3rd and during the day there will be also a Masterclass which will be conducted by the Master of Wine Susan Hulme, with the wines she has selected. For the wine tasting we will taste our Lunario 2018 and our Signorina Vittoria 2015 ”.
The event will host AIS UK importers, distributors, journalists and sommeliers. An occasion of important visibility for Tollena: “We are really excited to be able to be there and we hope it will bring us new contacts and open new markets “.
Tollena is not means only Vernaccia di San Gimignano. The farm is also a farmhouse, a beautiful place in the shadow of the towers, where you can spend relaxing holidays surrounded by greenery and taste excellent wines and typical local products. The direct reseller of Tollena, on the other hand, is located in the historic center of San Gimignano on Via San Giovanni, 69. Inside there is a suggestive location, and the company’s products (wine and oil) are for sale, as well as other traditional Tuscan products of refined quality.
